Explore the approachThe commercial problem
Good work deserves
a clear explanation.
An accountant reading an IT security campaign should be able to understand what is offered. A prospect asking for an example should receive useful evidence. A new enquiry should not wait weeks for a reply. Those are practical problems Crediria helps companies address.
What can a buyer actually verify?
The work
Explain the service. Prepare the material. Support the team.
The work can be a brand kit, rewritten profile wording, a company writing guide or customer case-study material. A wider programme can also cover selected website changes, content preparation and enquiry responsibilities.

The approach
Know what is included
before commissioning the work.
Each proposal names the deliverables, cost, timing and responsibilities. The company can commission a specific service directly; a diagnostic workshop is an option, not an entry requirement.
Explore the consulting method →Expertise and customer proof
Use real company expertise and customer evidence.
Profile and content work starts with the people who know the subject. Case studies start with the project facts and customer permission. The resulting material explains the actual service and the evidence behind it, rather than adding generic marketing claims.
- Relevant research and insight
- Practical project experience
- Approved customer evidence
- Clear service explanations
Mark Masiak / Operating experience
The enquiry arrived. The response did not keep up.
Mark has seen the gap between marketing activity and useful follow-through. An IT security campaign brought in leads, but slow sales follow-up damaged trust. In his print business, leads waited weeks and the eventual replies were poor.
He also saw marketing content miss the service, the subject and the customer benefit. Accountants could not tell what an infrastructure and IT security campaign was offering. More activity did not resolve an unclear explanation.
These experiences inform Crediria's consulting work: clarify the offer, make relevant evidence usable, support the people who know the subject and give the next action a clear owner.
