Employee Content Programme

Help employees share what they know without copying company posts.

Get a contributor plan, useful content topics, example posts and company guidance for a supported employee posting pilot.

The company problem

The team has expertise. Who helps turn it into useful content?

Some employees know what customers need but do not know what to post. Others would rather contribute to an article or interview than publish themselves. Crediria starts with willing participants and builds a practical contribution plan around their work.

Who it is for. For a company that wants more employee expertise in its content but needs to support participation rather than simply ask everyone to post.

How the work is delivered

Crediria gathers the topics, prepares the agreed examples and guidance, and helps the company organise a pilot. Employees can publish within their rights, ask for feedback or follow clearance rules for defined uses.

What the company supplies. Willing contributors, their areas of expertise, current guidance and customer material the company can use.

What changes for the company

More colleagues have a practical way to contribute, with relevant topics and clear support.

Agree the scope before starting

Participation and personal accounts remain under each individual's control. Post quantities and ongoing preparation support are agreed before work starts.

How to commission the work

Request a proposal for Employee Content Programme.

  1. Explain what is needed. Send the company details, the service of interest and the current problem.
  2. Agree the work and price. Crediria prepares a proposal covering deliverables, costs, timing and responsibilities.
  3. Confirm the proposal. Once the scope and commercial terms are agreed, the work can be scheduled.

A diagnostic workshop is not required to commission a specific service.
