Illustrative brand materials, not a customer project

Crediria / Solutions

Brand Essentials

A practical brand kit: colours, fonts, logo rules, email signature, LinkedIn banner and a concise guide.

What is Brand Essentials?

The colours, fonts, logo rules and everyday assets that make a business look consistent.

Brand Essentials is a practical brand kit. Crediria reviews the existing identity, agrees how it should be used and prepares an email signature, LinkedIn banner and concise brand guide.

For example, staff no longer need to guess which font to use, choose a different shade of the company colour or assemble their own email signature. The kit gives them an agreed starting point.

How the kit is created

  1. Review the current material. The company supplies its logo files, website, documents and examples of how the brand appears today.
  2. Agree the direction. Crediria reviews the audience, positioning, colours, fonts and logo use with the company decision-maker.
  3. Prepare the assets. The core rules, signature, banner and summary guide are prepared for review.
  4. Check and hand over. The approved files arrive with clear instructions on where and how to use them.

The practical benefit

Make the email signature, LinkedIn profile and company materials look like the same business.

What is agreed before work starts

The proposal names the asset quantities, file formats, revisions and delivery dates. The company confirms its contact details, existing files and permission to use any supplied images or fonts.

Essentials does not automatically include a new logo, a complete rebrand, website development or the wider Plus template pack. If the current logo needs repair or replacement, that work is identified and agreed before production.

Font and stock-image licences are checked separately. Licensed font files are not redistributed as part of the kit.

How to commission the work

Request a proposal for Brand Essentials.

  1. Explain what is needed. Send the company details, the service of interest and the current problem.
  2. Agree the work and price. Crediria prepares a proposal covering deliverables, costs, timing and responsibilities.
  3. Confirm the proposal. Once the scope and commercial terms are agreed, the work can be scheduled.

A diagnostic workshop is not required to commission a specific service.
